At Lane Clothing, every order is dispatched with the same intention with which it was made — carefully, deliberately, and with care for what it carries.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a dispatch notification with tracking information when it leaves us. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed the following business day.

UK Delivery
Standard tracked delivery: 3–5 business days from dispatch · 
Express tracked delivery: 1–2 business days from dispatch · £6.99
All UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent. A tracking number will be provided with your dispatch confirmation.

International Delivery
We ship internationally. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Lane Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the stated timeframe, please contact us at info@lane-clothing.com and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf. Lane Clothing is not liable for delays caused by the courier or circumstances beyond our control.
